APOLAC  BLACK BITUMIN Single Pack, Air Drying, lead free, acid alkali resistant , Heat resisting , unpigmented Bitumen Based Coating.This material is used for the protection of funnels, boilers, apparatus, chimneys, machines and application connected with ammuation.

• 7 Flash Point - 30 Degree Centigrade(Abel Close Cup)
• 8 Recommended DFT - 30-35 Micron
• 9 Dry Heat Resistance - Up to 230 Degree Centigrade
• 10 Drying Time - Surface:2-4 Hr, Hard Dry: 8-24 Hr,
• 11 Over coating Interval - Overnight or 16 Hr
• 12. Acid Resistance - Passes Immersion testing in dil.Sulfuric Acid (1:20 v/v) for 24 Hr.
• 2 Alkali Resistance: - Passes Exposure of 5% solution of anhydrous sodium carbonate for 4 Hr.
• 3 Flexibility &Adhesion : - No visible cracking,flaking or detachment after 96 hours of air drying
• 4 Corrosion Resistance - Complete protection under condensastion condition withaut creep
• 5 Self life - At least 12 Month from date of manufacture
